|WHAT: Easy to understand basic concepts of the sound trade for both the amplification beginner and harpists with their own systems. Designed to demonstrate the benefits and opportunities for the harpist to use discrete amplification. The workshop will be long on easy to understand concepts and short on techno-geek.

Workshop teaching will focus on concepts and understandings necessary for initiating and developing your own choice of amplification with the harp. There will be a variety of techniques described and demonstrated to introduce basic concepts. The intent is to create sufficient practical context to allow a harpist to be able to ask informed questions thereby beginning to progress in sound independently.
