Offbeat Harmonies - experiment
with, and create your own harmonies!:
- Learn to recognise the rhythmic
emphasis (pulse) of provided repertoire
- Identify examples of standard accompaniments
that follow this pulse
- Experiment with accompaniments
that do not follow this pulse
- As a group, create new accompaniments
that enhance the repertoire
Workshop teaching will
focus on skills and tools for developing novel accompaniments
to your own choice of repertoire on the harp
