With the support of sound engineer/ husband Stephen Vardy of Harpsound Audio, Alison is able to create a rich, magical atmosphere for almost any event. Anywhere; indoor or outdoor, with large or small audiences.

Live amplified harp music literally can add a million dollars worth of ambience to your event. It creates a slightly charged atmosphere where people can both relax and still feel that they are in the centre of the action along with a sense of mild expectation and excitement.

Speeches can be given with confidence that all can be heard without difficulty.

Recorded dance music afterwards complete with DJ lighting can shift the excitement to the dance floor where revelry and enjoyment reigns.

|Points to Consider:

|Harpsound Audio has a discrete, portable but powerful set-up that can be relocated as the evening progresses. That allows the music to follow the event through the venue from live harp background performance, to speeches and on to the dance floor.

|Many venues have quite limited electrical power capabilities. Harpsound has electrically efficient sound and lighting gear that can be run on off a standard 15 amp grounded wall socket. Real-time voltage monitoring minimises the risk of audio and lighting blackouts during the performance.

|Harpsound Dance and Speech Services are very cost effective as the sound system is already in place for Alison's amplified performance and a simple hourly rate secures the system for the events after.

|The client provides the CD dance music (in a wedding approximately 50 - 100 CDs) and the dancers choose the music as the evening progresses. This ensures the music is exactly to the client's taste. A 45 second turn-around between tunes ensures the action continues non-stop on the dance floor.

|If announcements and intros are required at a wedding dance (for example) the M/C or 2 client nominated friends acting as guest DJs provide the action. This ensures that all the commentary is relevant to the event and the client's interests.

|All the technical and organisational aspects are handled by Harpsound Audio while the client just has the fun.
