|WHAT: Celtic with a Twist of Latin (Intermediate)

In this workshop participants will:

1. Learn two well-known latin accompaniment rhythmic patterns

2. Apply these patterns to two well-known celtic melodies

3. Practise melody and accompaniment together in group

4. Write out accompaniment patterns on handouts provided

|BRING: Harp, harp chair (if you have a special one), tuner and key,

note-taking supplies. Optional: music stand

|SUPPLIED: Workshop handouts

|LEVEL: Intermediate (brave novices welcome)

Workshop teaching will focus on skills and tools for developing your own choice of repertoire on the harp.
