Fun with Syncopation
(Intermediate) In this workshop participants will:
- Learn to recognise the rhythmic emphasis
(pulse) of two simple celtic tunes
- Identify examples of standard accompaniments
that follow this pulse
- Experiment with accompaniments that do
not follow this pulse
- Practice other off-pulse (off-beat)
